As you may know, I'm a [ student, alum, faculty or staff member ] at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), and I wanted to tell you a little about the university because I think that you’d make a great student at IUPUI. IUPUI is the 3rd largest university in Indiana with over 30,000 students representing all 50 states and 122 foreign countries!

Here are some other things you should know:

• IUPUI ranks among the top 15 in the country in the number of first professional degrees it confers and among the top seven in the number of health-related degrees.
• IUPUI offers over 300 student clubs and organizations, providing you the opportunity to get involved on campus in a variety of ways.
• IUPUI is Indiana University's home campus for state wide programs in medicine, law, dentistry, nursing, health and rehabilitation science, and social work.
• For several years, IUPUI has been recognized by U.S. News and World Report for achievements in first-year experiences, learning communities and service learning.
• In 2008, U.S. News and World Report also ranked IUPUI as one of the top up and coming colleges in the nation.
