Intercampus Transfer Application Checklist
Use this checklist as a guide to ensure that you have submitted all the necessary items for a complete admissions application by the deadlines below:

A complete IUPUI Intercampus Transfer application includes:*
- application for intercampus transfer student admission (web form only)
- official college transcripts from all colleges and universities attended outside of Indiana University1**(Permanent Transfers Only)
*Additional information or materials may be requested once your application has been reviewed by the admissions committee.
1You are responsible for requesting all of your transcripts. Federal regulations prohibits IUPUI from requesting transcripts on your behalf. Do not omit any post-secondary institutions that you attended - even if you attended for a very short time period or did not receive any final grades. The Admissions Committee considers omission of institutional experience to be a deliberate falsification of the application and may result in denial of admission or dismissal from the University.
**Please note: students who have never applied to IUPUI, with less than 15 credit hours and have a grade point average below 2.0 at an IU campus will be asked to provide a copy of their official high school transcript to determine admissibility.
