Permanent Intercampus Transfer Students

Verify Your Status

If you have attended another Indiana University campus as a degree-seeking student, and have not completed your first undergraduate degree, the process is different than transferring from another school. You are a Permanent Intercampus Transfer.

What the Admissions Committee Expects

Applying as a intercampus transfer student is much different than applying as a student who has never attended an Indiana University campus. Once you complete the electronic application, our office will evaluate your application and academic record. You will then receive a letter in the mail within the next 7 to 10 business days detailing what steps you need to take next.

If you were previously dismissed from the university, it is important to realize there may be additional steps you will need to take, so start early!

When completing the application, make sure to list every college and university you have attended. If you have attended another college (but did not complete a bachelor's degree) outside the Indiana University, Purdue University, or Ivy Tech system, you must provide us with an official copy of your transcripts. We will not be able to process your application until all of this documentation has been received.
